Nina+Kevin:: Engagement Story!:: Los Angeles, Ca

Lauren and I didn't go to UCLA but for some reason or another, we've got this awesome UCLA connection going on lately. That connection continues on with these two former Bruins...

Long story short, w've known Nina for quite some time now so to be able to tell the story of a new chapter in her life is an honor.

oh and Kevin...yeah he knows how to rock a flannel pretty nice ;)

Sometimes in our Pre-Wedding shoots with our clients, its perfectly normal for our couples to be shy and timid. Fortunately for us, that usually only lasts about 10 mins. ;)

And sometimes we also carry things like fishing line and a pole in our camera bag just in case we want to float a basketball in between our couples...

Then sometimes we don't ask them to do anything but be themselves...

Crystal+Jed: Pre-Wedding Story: Orange County, Ca

It is awesome when you have friends that love your work! We know Crystal and Jed from our church called Community of the Word. They met years ago but decided this was the time to further their friendship into marriage. They have such a sweet story and we can't wait to see how it will pour into their marriage. John and I were super excited they booked us to celebrate their engagement with an engagement shoot. Our first stop was in Corona Del Mar where he proposed and ended the evening at The Orange County Fair.

Crystal and Jed, we can't wait to get together again with our cameras in tow at the Hyatt Regency in Newport Beach.

Mary+Ken: Pre-Wedding Story: Los Angeles, Ca.

When Lauren and I decided to be Wedding Photographers about three years ago, we knew why we wanted to do it...we wanted to be part of amazing couples' lives on their wedding day and be able to not only provide them with stunning images but more so an unforgettable experience that forges wonderful memories for years and years...much like how Me Ra was for us on ours.

But if you asked me if one of those amazing couples would include my baby sister? I'd probably respond with something like "let's not talk about that!" =)

Fast forward to today July 27th 2010...I'm writing the blog post I never thought I'd write...one that includes my baby sister finally getting engaged.

Love you more than you know M, see you soon....
